(2) The plate is instantly squared against the back roll, minimizing the risk of mismatched end conditions.

(3) Requires space only on one side of the machine where the plate is introduced.

(4) Significantly reduced flat-end due to improved pre-bending, thanks to the clamping roll that precisely reaches the tangent points of the top and bottom rolls.

(5) The fastest machine for rolling a can, requiring only one position for each side bending roll.

(6) Complete cylinder formation in a single pass (within suitable capacity), including edge pre-bending.

* Eliminates the need to pre-bend both ends before rolling the entire cylinder, unlike a 3-roll machine.
