It offers roll lengths up to an impressive 6,000mm and plate thicknesses up to 150mm, setting a benchmark in efficiency and reliability.

This Advanced Design Boasts the Following Exceptional Benefits:

(1) The plate is introduced horizontally, preventing the need for tilting as required by three-roll double pinch machines.

(2) The plate is squared instantly against the back roll, significantly reducing the risk of mismatched end conditions.

(3) Requires space only on one side of the machine, where the plate is fed into the machine.

(4) Achieves a greatly reduced flat-end due to superior pre-bending, with the clamping roll positioning the plate to precise tangent points on the top and bottom rolls.

(5) The machine can roll a can faster than any other, requiring just one position for each side bending roll.

(6) The entire cylinder can be completed in a single pass (within suitable capacity), including edge pre-bending.

* No need to pre-bend both ends before rolling the entire cylinder, as is necessary with a 3-roll machine.
