The warranty period of the equipment is 1 year, and the supplier shall be responsible for solving any quality problems in the equipment within 1 year.
During the warranty period, the buyer has the ability to resolve the fault by himself. In the event of a major fault, the supplier will give a clear answer within 24 hours after receiving the notice from Party A.

During the equipment warranty period, the supplier shall provide timely and free maintenance services for all types of equipment failures, and any non-human-caused parts damage shall be replaced free of charge in a timely manner. The warranty period of the replaced parts shall be recalculated from the replacement date.

FAQ

 

(1) Why we use two hydraulic motors for 4 roller bending machines?

1. The upper and lower rollers can clamp the steel plate to prevent it from slipping when bending.
2. It is convenient for bending conical parts, elliptical parts and special-shaped products.
3. When using the CNC function, the rolling effect is better.



(2) Why adopt swing guide technology for bending plates? 

What influences the flat-end of a rolled can? The flat-end (prebending) depends almost solely by the load that can be generated on the lower clamping roll.
The length of the flat-end does NOT depend by the side bending roll distance from the clamping spot, or large or narrow geometry of the side bending rolls, compared to the centre of the machine (the axis of the two clamping rolls).
The more load that can be applied on the bottom clamping roll, no matter how far the side bending roll would raise to bend the plate, the shorter the flat-end (best pre-bending).
