1. Regularly lubricate rolling machine, and manual lubrication points according to the requirements of lubrication instructions.
2. Roll the plate according to the parameters specified in the manual book. Pay attention to the max rolling capacity.
3. Strictly operate according to the procedure and operation method. When the upper roller is lifted to the limit position, pay attention to whether the equipment is running safely.
4. When the main drive is stopped, the upper roller can be raised and lowered, the tilting bearing can be tilted and reset, and the upper roller can be lifted.
5. During operation, if abnormal phenomena such as irregular noise and impact are found, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
6. During the operation, all personnel must coordinate with each other and obey the command of the person in charge of the rolling plate. It is forbidden to start the machine without a password.
7. During rolling operation, great attention should be paid to the hands being pressed by the steel plate and rolled in together.
8. Be careful not to collide with the machine when lifting finished pipe by crane.
1. The drum-shaped upper roller and supporting roller of bottom rollers are adjusted together to achieve high-precision product straightness
The drum-shaped upper roller is adopted, and drum-shaped preset amount is generally at 70% of the roller load. smaller diameter bottom roller, the lower part of the lower roller is supported by an adjustable idler roller. According to the load of the rolled product, the idler roller at the lower part of the lower roller is adjusted, which greatly improves the straightness of the product.
2. Rear bending and rolling, high-precision product roundness
The plate rolling machine adopts backward bending (the feeding direction of the plate is opposite to the moving direction of the upper roll), the upper roll is pressed down while the lower roll is rotating, continuous bending, the end of the plate is pre-bent and directly pressed and pre-bent , to avoid the generation of front curved rear corners, and can control the length and shape of the remaining straight sides.
The warranty period of the equipment is 1 year, and the supplier shall be responsible for solving any quality problems in the equipment within 1 year.
During the warranty period, the buyer has the ability to resolve the fault by himself. In the event of a major fault, the supplier will give a clear answer within 24 hours after receiving the notice from Party A.
During the equipment warranty period, the supplier shall provide timely and free maintenance services for all types of equipment failures, and any non-human-caused parts damage shall be replaced free of charge in a timely manner. The warranty period of the replaced parts shall be recalculated from the replacement date.
