Standard Equipment


1.1. Body:
The machine body consists of an upper beam, slider, workbench, column, etc. The upper beam and the workbench form a closed frame through column and nut, and the body has good rigidity and precision retention. The slider moves up and down along the column. The column guide sleeve is made of composite material to increase the allowable surface pressure and reduce friction. The column material is made of 45# forging, and the surface is quenched. The three beams, slider and worktable are all treated with high temperature annealing to eliminate internal stress.

1.2. Main cylinder:
It adopts a single-cylinder structure and is arranged in the upper beam. The cylinder body is fixed with the upper beam through the flange, and the piston rod is connected with the movable beam through the connecting flange. The cylinder block is made of high-quality 45# forged steel to ensure uniform material; all piston rod surfaces are quenched, and the cylinder is subjected to a pressure test (1.1 times).
The oil cylinder adopts imported sealing elements to ensure reliable sealing performance, no leakage and easy maintenance.

1.3. Top cylinder: The structure of the top cylinder is similar to that of the main cylinder.


2. Electrical control system:
2.1. The electrical control system is composed of electrical cabinets and button boxes, etc., which are controlled by relays, and the buttons and signal lights are made of domestic famous brands.
2.2. The power circuit of the electrical system is 380V, 50HZ.


3. Hydraulic part:
The hydraulic power system is composed of a power control system, various valves and hydraulic control boxes, etc., which provide power to the main engine and realize the control. The hydraulic station is arranged on the right side of the main engine

3.1. The hydraulic system adopts advanced integrated system of cartridge valve, which has large flow, anti-pollution, flexible control, reliable performance and easy maintenance. The solenoid valve adopts famous brands.

3.2. The working pressure of the hydraulic system is 25Mpa, and the main valve should be a two-way cartridge valve. The hydraulic system is required to have load protection device.



3.3. The fuel tank is a welded steel plate structure, on which an oil level indicator, air filter, etc. are installed. The fuel tank is installed pickling, passivation and anti-rust treatment are required, and an independent oil filter device is provided to ensure the cleanliness of the working oil. degree, and can realize the filter device clogging accident alarm.

3.4. The hydraulic pipeline system should be sealed and reliable, the connection method should be preferably flanged, and the pipelines should be arranged neatly.
And adopt anti-vibration pipe clamps and anti-vibration pressure gauges, and then apply rust-resistant paint.
