4 roll plate rolling machine, driven by the top and bottom rolls, single unit high torque hydraulic motor and planetary gear box are directly mounted onto each driving roll to ensure a smooth feed through of the plate, the bottom roll can be vertically moved to clamp the plate, the side rolls move up and down on planetary swing guides, all four rollers use spherical roller bearings, the advantage of this machine is that it can complete the pre-bending of both ends and rolling at one time. It can also perform certain shaping and leveling on the metal sheet, and smallest flat ends.

The warranty period of the equipment is 1 year, and the supplier shall be responsible for solving any quality problems in the equipment within 1 year.
During the warranty period, the buyer has the ability to resolve the fault by himself. In the event of a major fault, the supplier will give a clear answer within 24 hours after receiving the notice from Party A.
During the equipment warranty period, the supplier shall provide timely and free maintenance services for all types of equipment failures, and any non-human-caused parts damage shall be replaced free of charge in a timely manner. The warranty period of the replaced parts shall be recalculated from the replacement date.
(1) Earth moving machines
In the earth moving sector, bending rolls are useful in the production of buckets. Normally in high-strength and wear-resistant steel, buckets can be of various shapes and are constructed using CNC controlled automatic bending of metal plates. According to the various production needs, we offers 3-roll or 4-roll plate bending rolls complete with automation and ideal for mass production of buckets.
(2) Truck containers, Road/railway tankers
Tanks for the transport of liquid foodstuffs, fuels and other substances are manufactured in one piece in order to limit the use of circumferential welds. In the most varied shapes (circular, oval and polycentric), road and railway tankers are constructed using CNC roll bending of steel or aluminium sheets with thicknesses ranging from 3 to 15 mm and width of 3 m, 6 m, 8 m or 10 m, depending on the various applications.
